All Art classes are held in my studio in White Plains, New York.

Students are taught one-on-one and classes are tailored to each person's skills and goals.

Adults only (18+). I don't offer classes for children at the moment due to the fact that this is a real artist's studio and not child-proof.

Art Classes are generally 90 minutes but can be customized based on your schedule.

Flexible schedule -- weekdays, weekends, evenings or day.

Drawing and Painting Classes
Drawing Techniques Offered: Sketching; figurative; perspective; lines; how to build a figure; how to compose a drawing
Painting Techniques Offered: Watercolors, pastel, acrylic and oil; shades; colors; tones of gray
BEGINNERS - I suggest you bring a picture of something you want to paint (photo of your dog; a sunset; your favorite flower).
ADVANCED - I tailor each class based on your skills and goals.
Carving and Sculpture Classes

Techniques Offered: Wood; wire; casting; foam
BEGINNERS - I start by teaching the concepts of volume and forms, and we begin with simple shapes like a cube or a pyramid. More complicated forms later. The idea is to make you comfortable working with a 3D object.
ADVANCED - I tailor each class based on your skills and goals.
Mosaic Classes

Techniques Offered: Glass; stone; old-fashioned and contemporary methods
Anyone can learn how to do mosaic! Doesn't matter if you've never done one before.
First, you choose a shape and copy a motif (or draw an original one). I'll show you how to copy it onto the board, and teach you how to cut and apply the tiles.

All classes are $55/hour without materials.
The more hours you commit to, the lower the hourly rate.

2 hrs = $95
3 hrs = $140
4 hrs = $190
5 hrs = $235
6 hrs = $285
7 hrs = $330
8 hrs = $380
9 hrs = $425
10 hrs = $475
